Human Moviments
When we study women and men in a given society over time, we follow their movements. We monitor your changes of opinion, your changes of routes and beliefs. With the acceleration that urban societies have been experiencing, these movements have been more intense and often disruptive.
In my privileged position as an observer that the research offers me, I am able to align attitudes and behaviors that bring to light the paths we choose to follow. Even with all the regional, gender and age differences, there are common points that unify us as a society. Writing about it is what constitutes Human Movements.
Femininities
There are so many beliefs that we, women, carry under the weight of a system that insists on putting us in a place of subordination, which there is a long way to go, for generations. My studies are aimed at demystifying female strength and resilience by making it clear that often behind the predisposition to go to fight in the external world there still lies a woman subordinated to the masculine, even if it is in the details.
Helping to become aware and begin a path of peaceful and loving female empowerment takes time and has been my greatest and most pleasurable work, both personally — yes, like every adult feminist, I am also a sexist in deconstruction — and with the women I have worked with.
Masculinities
It was in Projeto Uno that I identified some types of masculinities that exist in Brazil. Over more than ten years of Projeto Uno, I followed the development of these types, especially one of them, which became my topic of study in academia: the Sensitive Man.
Studying masculinities involves studying and analyzing power, hierarchies and structures that shape our society. With these studies, I seek to help companies and people understand the status quo of the microsociety in which they live, the organizational culture they operate in, the families they constitute. The objective is to promote the change that is expected in search of greater equity.
Corporate Essence
The Corporate Essence captures the emotional, historical and subjective links that unite people around the organization and how these links contribute to the way the organization operates.
This methodology, initially created to serve a special client, is now applied exclusively to organizational culture projects at NB Heart, the company through which we develop projects linked to leadership and culture.
Monitoring companies in their organizational culture movements is another source that feeds our large Human Movements panel.
